The Thomas Jefferson Patriots cruised to a dominant 9-0 victory over Nevada on Thursday, improving their season record to 2-1.
The Patriots swept all six singles matches and all three doubles matches, showing strong depth across the lineup. Every TJ player won their match in straight sets, with five of the six singles victories coming by 8-0 scores.
Leading the way were Sam Goodhue, Kai Faaborg, and Phillip Mitchell, who each won their singles matches 8-0. Yousuf Mokhtar earned a hard-fought 8-5 victory, while Ryker Faaborg and Saad Rabbi also posted convincing wins.
In doubles play, the combinations of Goodhue/Ryker Faaborg, Mokhtar/Kai Faaborg, and Mitchell/Rabbi were equally dominant, winning all three matches by lopsided scores.
The Patriots will now prepare for their next match at home against Monett on Tuesday, April 7th.
