High School Football Jamboree Action Tomorrow Night!
Get ready for the start of the high school football season as four area teams head to the gridiron for preseason scrimmage action.
Where: Cardinal Stadium (Webb City, MO)
When: Friday, August 21 at 7:00 PM
Admission: Approx. $5 (or local donation drive at the gate)
Participating Teams:
Joplin Eagles (Class 6)
Webb City Cardinals (Class 5)
Seneca Indians (Class 3)
Lamar Tigers (Class 2)
What to Expect:
Each team will take the field for alternating offensive and defensive series, starting drive possessions from the 35-yard line.
Joplin and Webb City will both scrimmage against Lamar and Seneca during the event, though Joplin and Webb City will not match up directly against one another.
There is no official game clock or scorekeeping, giving all four programs a chance to evaluate depth and run live reps ahead of the regular season opener.
