NEVADA, Mo. — Lyric Belcher fired a tournament-best 75 to take individual medalist honors and propel Carl Junction to a runaway team victory at the 22nd Annual Nevada Lady Tiger Invitational.
The Bulldogs carded a combined team total of 351, setting a new season low and leaving runner-up Neosho 35 strokes back in second place.
Belcher set the pace atop the leaderboard, but depth carried the day. Every Carl Junction scorer on the board turned in a personal record. Katie Miller earned a fourth-place finish with an 81, while Rylie Matyi posted an 86 to crack the top ten in seventh.
The 35-stroke cushion marks Carl Junction’s most commanding team performance of the fall schedule.
