Clean Sweep: Bulldog Cross Country Takes Double Team Titles Behind Yeary’s Championship Run

It was a banner day on the trails for the Bulldogs, as both the varsity boys and varsity girls cross country squads captured first-place team titles in a dominant clean sweep.

Senior Nikash Yeary headlined the afternoon for the boys program, capturing the individual crown on a demanding, rugged course. Yeary posted an impressive winning time of 17:49 to set the tone and lead the varsity boys directly to the top of the team standings.

On the girls side, Caitlin Napton set the pace for the Lady Bulldogs. Napton turned in a standout effort of her own, crossing the line in fourth place overall to spark the varsity girls' run to the team championship and complete the sweep.
